We are partnering with a commercial construction group based south of Manchester City Centre who are looking to expand their Finance team. They act as a long term commercial partner to companies within the construction markets, covering a wide range of sectors from Industrial, Rail, Leisure, Retail and Education.
Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and matching to PO’s
- Assisting with supplier statement reconciliations
- Raising sales invoices and credit notes
- Supporting credit control activities
- Bank reconciliations
- Assisting with weekly payment runs
- Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems
- Handling finance queries from suppliers and internal departments
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an accounts or finance administration role
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised with the ability to manage workload effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using accounting software would be advantageous
