Job Description Job Description An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper to join a growing and supportive finance team, managing your own portfolio of clients across a varied and rewarding role. Managing purchase and sales ledgers, including raising and entering invoices using Sage/Xero. Processing sales orders and purchase orders using Sage/Xero. Completing regular bank reconciliations. Working with multiple currencies, bank accounts, departments and CIS. Producing accounts up to trial balance stage (desirable). Maintaining accurate files and ensuring financial data is entered accurately and in a timely manner. Supporting with other day-to-day accounts and office duties as required. AAT qualified. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar bookkeeping/accounts role. Experience using Sage and/or Xero. Experience working with CIS, multiple currencies or producing accounts to trial balance stage would be advantageous. Full training and a handover will be provided, along with the equipment required to carry out the role effectively. Hybrid working opportunities. Ongoing training and development.
