Our client is a leading property investment and development company across the UK with facilities ranging from serviced apartment blocks to housing estates, business centres to industrial estates, self-storage facilities to international airport car parks. They are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team. What’s on offer Pension scheme 25 days holidays (plus bank holidays) Free onsite parking Duties & Responsibilities Production of management accounts using templates from previous month Prepare summary front papers with key performance indicators Analyse the profit and loss account understanding and having explanation for variances to budget , and produce Profit and Loss sheets Produce and review balance sheet, reconciling key control accounts Cash Flow Forecasting – Manage all Accrual Costs across different Projects needed for Project Managers Processing VAT Reverse Charges – Balance Monthly VAT and ensuring all Ledgers are correctly balanced Skills & Experience Attention to detail; carefully completing tasks Dependability; reliable, responsible, and dependable Team player; must be a good fit to the team Achievement and effort; to be applied to all parts of the role If you are interested in the Management Accountant position, pl…
