Our Client are one of the UK's leading distributors with multiple sites all over the UK. Recruitment Solutions North West are pleased to be partnering with our Client to recruit a Credit Controller at one of their main offices based in Formby. This role as a Credit Controller would be ideal for individuals who are strong at providing excellent customer service while maintaining effective credit control procedures.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Chasing outstanding payments and reducing aged debt.
  • Providing invoices, credit notes and customer statements.
  • Liaising with internal and external customers to resolve customer queries.
  • Monitoring customer accounts, credit limits and payment plans.
  • Processing card payments, direct debits and supporting reporting tasks.
  • Generating aged debt reports and making contact calls/emails to gain payment of the overdue.

What We’re Looking For As A Credit Controller:

  • Previous experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable (preferred).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Work well on your own and as part of a team.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and confidence using multiple systems.
  • Organised with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to start as soon as possible.
