We are looking for a Bookkeeper to join our Client in their expanding and well-regarded Finance Team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Carrying out day-to-day bookkeeping for a range of clients using Xero and Dext
- Processing invoices, payments, and expenses across purchase and sales ledgers
- Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
- Preparing and submitting VAT returns in line with current HMRC guidelines
- Responding to client queries and building strong, long‑lasting relationships
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide a high-quality, joined-up service
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience in a bookkeeping role
- Proficient in Xero and Dext (essential)
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and VAT
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and highly organised
