We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager to join our Client, to lead, oversee, and deliver complex audit engagements from planning through to finalisation.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead multiple audit engagements end-to-end, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring quality and timeliness throughout.
- Drive audit strategy and methodology, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Manage and develop audit teams, providing technical guidance, reviewing work at key stages, and fostering professional growth through mentoring and coaching.
- Present and communicate key findings to senior stakeholders, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommendations for improvement.
- Strengthen client relationships at senior levels, becoming a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities to add value beyond the audit.
- Contribute to business development, supporting proposals, pitches, and thought leadership to help grow the firm's audit practice.
What we are looking for:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience.
