We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our client on a Temporary Basis.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
  • Prepare and process HR documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and policies.
  • Assist in payroll processing by providing relevant employee information (e.g., attendance, leaves).
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including drafting job descriptions and posting job ads on various platforms.
  • Screen CVs and applications, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Ensure HR records are up to date and comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR data and adhere to data protection regulations.

  • Experience working within a similar environment
  • Strong Administrative experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office including Excel
  • Experience of maintaining office systems, including filing and data cleansing
