We are looking for a proactive and organised Health, Safety Environmental Co-ordinator to join our team and support the delivery of effective health, safety and environmental practices across the business.
Working closely with the Health, Safety Environmental Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring company policies, procedures and legal requirements are followed, while promoting a positive safety culture throughout the organisation.
The Role Key responsibilities will include: Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety Environmental policies and procedures.
Carrying out and reviewing risk assessments for new and existing processes.
Assisting with the development and implementation of safe working procedures.
Investigating accidents, incidents and dangerous occurrences and identifying actions to prevent recurrence.
Coordinating health, safety and environmental activities, procedures and policies.
Keeping up to date with relevant HSE legislation and supporting legal compliance.
Carrying out workplace audits, including work equipment and PPE safety checks.
Advising managers and employees on HSE matters, safe working practices and risk controls.
