Recruitment Solutions is pleased to be partnering with our Client to recruit a Finance and Office Manager. Our Client has been established for over 20 years and in that time they have established themselves as a serious player in the Design / Source and Distribution Sectors. They are now at a point in their development that the CEO needs to offload some of the day-to-day Finance and Office Management tasks.

THE ROLE OF THE FINANCE OFFICE MANAGER

Will report to the CEO who is looking to partner with a flexible, committed and enthusiastic character – someone who will take pride in working for the business as if it was their own!

On a day-to-day basis you will be supported by an External Accountant who will assist with the preparation of Monthly Management Accounts. Overtime, as the business grows and you continue to develop into the role, there will be an opportunity for you to take more control over the preparation of the Management Accounts.

Your role will also cover:

  • Update of Cash Flow Forecasts and update of Budgets
  • End to End Sales and Purchase Ledger tasks
  • Credit Control – including strong Aged Debt Management
  • Payroll – process Monthly including P45’s / P60 and P11D’s
  • Prepare Balance Sheet and Bank Reconciliations and preparation of Trial Balance
  • Prepare and submit VAT Returns
  • Assist with Year End closing processes
