About the Role We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join a growing customer service team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through phone, email, live chat, and face-to-face interactions where required. Requirements Previous Recent customer service advisory experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
