We are working with an excellent, well-established client who is looking for a confident individual to join their Credit Control team as a Credit Control Administrator. This is ideal for someone who has any background in finance or some credit control experience, confident dealing with suppliers and happy to take on a credit control role.
What’s on offer:

Duties and responsibilities:
- Provide invoices and statements to customers
- Monitor customer credit limits and spend and obtain credit reports when required
- Process direct debits and take card payments
- Collect overdue debt and ensure customer spend is within the credit limits provided to reduce the risk of potential bad debt for the business
- Manage a portfolio of various accounts and liaise with both internal and external customers to resolve day-to-day queries
Skills and Experience:
- Recent previous experience as Finance Admin, Finance Assistant, Credit Controller, Debt Collection
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident dealing with suppliers/clients
- Able to start as soon as possible
