Key Responsibilities for an Accounts Payable Assistant:
- Processing supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Investigating and resolving 3-way match discrepancies
- Managing invoice queries including pricing and quantity differences
- Reconciling supplier statements and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting payment runs to ensure suppliers are paid on time
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to resolve queries promptly
- Assisting with general accounts payable administration as required
