With our Client we are looking to appoint a Qualified AAT Qualified - Accounts Assistant.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT AS THE AAT QUALIFIED - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT:

  • £27,000 - £30,000 dependent on experience
  • Flex Start and Finish times
  • Hybrid after training and probation
  • On Site Car Parking
  • Kitchen Facilities
  • 25 days Hols and Bank Hols
  • Annual Salary Review and Appraisal

THE ROLE OF THE AAT QUALIFIED - ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT:

  • Working as part of a small and proactive Finance team you will Daily / Weekly / Monthly work across:
  • Sage / Excel and Xero - to manage Sales and Purchase Ledger Invoices
  • Prepare multiple Sterling Bank Reconciliations
  • Prepare Monthly Payroll data again using Sage and Xero
  • Assist with Month End which will include preparation of Accounts to Trial Balance
  • Assist with VAT Returns
  • Ad hoc duties as needed
