Head of Processing – Central Finance

Recruitment Solutions are pleased to be partnering with our Client to recruit a Head of Processing – Central Finance. This is a Senior Appointment into our Clients business and therefore will report to an Operations Director – the role is a key appointment to the Senior Leadership Team. Based at our Clients Manchester Head Office – your role will also responsibility across the UK Regions. As Head of Processing you will be responsible for the operational machine that is behind the Processing Function. You will need to be a character who will set and deliver strategy for Central Finance Operations – you will need to be prepared to ‘lift up the bonnet’ on current processes. WHAT YOU WILL TO BE THE NEXT HEAD OF PROCESSING – CENTRAL FINANCE Proven experience of the management of a large Processing / Billings Team Proven track record at a Senior Management Level Examples of your impact across Change Management and Process Improvements Experience of motivating / growing and developing Teams Project experience ideally across Processing and / or Automation You will be a leader who will lead by experience and be able to influence Internal and External Stakeholders to achieve the right outcomes.
