Our client is a locally based business in Rochdale with a pressing need for an experienced Payroller to join them for six months on a temporary assignment basis.

What you will be doing
- Processing weekly/monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Managing starters, leavers, and employee amendments
- Processing PAYE, National Insurance, and pension deductions
- Handling payroll queries and resolving discrepancies
- Completing payroll reconciliations and reports
- Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records
- Working closely with HR and the wider finance team
- Ensuring payroll processes comply with relevant legislation
What you need to bring
- Previous payroll experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, and pensions
- Confidence using Excel and payroll systems
- Able to work to tight deadlines in a busy environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Available to start this xgikmsk role at short notice
