Our client is well-established with multiple sites across the whole of the UK, and they are looking to appoint a confident, detail orientated individual to join their finance team as a Finance Administrator at one of their offices in Southport. Your key role as the Administrator will be to provide support to the wider team, mainly across the Accounts Payable team. This role is ideal for individuals who are strong administrators; enjoy a fast-paced but supportive office environment and who have good communication skills.
What’s on offer:
- Annual Salary of circa £26,500
- Office-Based, Mon – Fri

Duties and Responsibilities as the Administrator:
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounts Payable and wider finance teams
- Assist with raising, processing, and sending invoices
- Perform account and invoice reconciliations
- Investigate and deal with invoicing queries, such as price and quantity discrepancies
- Assist in the preparation of the scheduled payment runs
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing
Requirements:
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics / Microsoft Excel (Preferred not essential)
- Recent experience working in an office environment
- Confident communicating with suppliers via phone / emails
- Be available to start as soon as possible
