We are currently seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our client’s well-established finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate posting to the ledger
- Maintaining and reconciling supplier accounts, including regular statement reconciliations
- Supporting the accounts department with day-to-day administrative duties
- Updating journals and ledgers and maintaining well-organised financial records
- Investigating and resolving invoice and account queries
- Assisting with month-end processes and audit support
About You:
- Confident handling invoices for goods and external services
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with internal teams and external suppliers
- Comfortable learning new accounting systems and software
- Highly accurate with excellent attention to detail
