Recruitment Solutions are seeking an experienced and skilled MET Technician to join our clients high-performing team working on new and nearly-new vehicles. Based in Cowley, Oxfordshire.
Job summary:

The Role:
- Strip and refit body panels, trims, and interior components
- Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to manufacturer standards
- Diagnose, plan, and order parts as needed to meet deadlines
- Maintain high quality and safety standards throughout all work
About you:
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanical & Body Systems
- Proven experience in MET / Strip & Fit
- ATA MET Certification (preferred but not essential)
- Own tools and a full UK driving licence
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong team ethic
