RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS (NW) are partnering with our Client to appoint a Legal Director based at our Clients Head Office – Trafford Park, Manchester. As Legal Director, you will work to support Group Companies with a combined turnover of c £200m. You will take responsibility and control of all legal matters relating to contract management, people, and property. You will need to be a character that wants to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding role and business – it is a cliché but truly no two days will be the same.
Skills and Person needed to be the next Legal Director:
- Qualified Solicitor – with a current practising certificate
- Proven experience across commercial dispute resolution – have a proven track record of defending and winning claims
- Ability to manage and prioritise a variable workload
- Keeping up to date with new areas of law – working to advise CEO and Directors and the wider business
- Constant review of legal compliance – including contract drafting and reviewing
- Update of Group Company Policy and the training of Managers across the Group
What you can expect as the Legal Director:
- Annual salary ranging from c £70,000 – over £100,000 doe
- Annual performance-related bonus / profit share and salary review
