Recruitment Solutions are seeking a dedicated and reliable Car Valeter to join our Clients busy team based just outside of Kidlington, Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth Vehicle Valeting process for the site. This position requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
As a Car Valeter, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of both the interior and exterior of sales and service vehicles throughout the site and also maintaining a clean workspace.

About the role- Preparing vehicles for sale or return
- Checking vehicles for damage
- Moving vehicles on-site, and sometimes providing a mobile service or collecting/returning vehicles from customers
- Perform regular checks of the car park to ensure cleanliness and orderliness
- Handle any customer enquiries or concerns promptly and professionally
- Report any issues or incidents to management as necessary
- Previous experience in a fast-paced dealership is highly desirable, with strong interpersonal skills
- A valid driving licence is essential, with a clean driving record preferred
- Car Valeting Experience essential
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required
