Recruitment Solutions are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our clients established consultancy team in Oxford. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cost management and contract administration services across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential, education, and public sector schemes. This position offers the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, mentor junior staff, and progress towards Associate/Director level within the practice.

Roles/Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management services.
- Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, cost planning, and value engineering.
- Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration (JCT/NEC).
- Undertake risk management, financial reporting, and final accounts.
- Provide strategic cost advice to clients and stakeholders.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors and APC candidates.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business growth.
About you
- MRICS qualification is essential (Chartered Quantity Surveyor).
- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a consultancy environment.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC.
- Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively.
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
