Recruitment Solutions are currently working with one of the nation's leading Waste Management companies. Due to a spike in business, we are looking for an energetic individual to join the team as a refuse loader. The refuse loader will be the second man in an REL bin truck. The route operates 5 days per week (Monday – Friday) emptying around 300 – 350 bins per day. This is a very labour-intensive job and will involve getting in and out of the vehicle around 150 times per day.
Job summary: Temp-to-perm, £12.55
About the role:
- Loading bins onto the back of the vehicle
- Checking for any contaminations in the bin
- Recording how many bins have been emptied at each site

- Experience: Refuse Loading: 1 year (preferred)
