We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Administrator to provide administrative and sales support to financial advisers and their team to ensure clients receive a 5 star service from start to finish.
Providing support to clients after a mortgage application has been submitted by ensuring all documents are compliant and liaising with mortgage lenders.
The Mortgage Administrator Package:
Salary £ DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm
Progression: Fast-track growth within the property industry, with clear development pathways.
Holiday: Enjoy a generous allowance starting at 22 days annually, plus a birthday day off to celebrate PLUS Bank Holidays

Acting as the main point of contact for mortgage progression through to offer
Follow up and chase Mortgage Reviews
Good working knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel and outlook
Well-spoken with excellent knowledge of the English Language
Confident telephone manner
Team player, flexible and keen to get involved in a number of different tasks
Self-motivated and able to work alone
