Senior Lettings Consultant Duties will include: Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants. Liaising with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent. Senior Lettings Consultant Requirements: A minimum of 2 years current experience in Residential Lettings is essential. IT proficient, you will be familiar with MS Office packages and able to learn bespoke ‘in house’ software packages without issue.
