A full or part-time position for a Lettings Consultant to join one of our award-winning teams in Dunmow Essex. Lettings Consultant Salary & Benefits: Full-Time basic salary up to £25,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience, For part-time this will be pro rata, depending on number of days worked. Monday - Thursday, 8.30am - 6.00pm, Fridays, 8.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 9.00am to 4.00pm (5-day week with an allocated day off) For part-time we would require a minimum of 3 full days a week to include some Saturdays. Also, the ability to occasionally cover 5 full days a week during periods of holiday and sickness (estimated 6-8 weeks a year max). Develop a good understanding of the property portfolio. Coordinating and conducting property viewings with prospective tenants. Conducting periodic inspections of our rental properties to ensure they are being well maintained by the tenants in occupation. Undertaking property valuations and presenting our company services to landlords. Lettings Consultant Requirements: Own car is essential. For those individuals with no industry experience, full training will be provided.
