This is a truly exceptional opportunity for a Property Sales Manager .
Our client has already finished the first phase of the development with a large number of luxury properties being marketed and now available, plus outline planning permission has been granted for an additional 1000 homes further along the coastline, which will also offer a health club, pool gym, roof top bar etc.
Currently, there are an array of sumptuous properties for sale and with incredible interest. These include stunning sea front apartments, duplexes, each individual, with their own breath-taking views across the English Channel, ready for the taking.
The Ideal Person:
There is some degree in flexibility in the ideal person, but you MUST HAVE property experience including the ability to deal with high end, new home sales.
This position could be perfect for an experienced Property Sales Manager or applications are also invited from Property Sales Executives, ready to embrace such a wonderful opportunity, but ultimately you must be of immaculate appearance, vibrant and professional, plus have the drive, passion and social skills to interact with often high net worth individuals, looking for their dream home.
The Role:
The Property Sales Manager will deal with all sales enquiries, arrange viewings and basically handle the end to end journey from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition from start to finish, including keeping the client informed along the way.
The Package:
Circa £50K basic plus 15K bonus
7.5% pension contribution

Hours of Work:
You will be working 5 days out of 7, ideally Thursday to Monday, BUT there is some flexibility here in order to make the position more attractive and workable for the successful individual. For example, you would not be expected to work every weekend, perhaps 2 out of 4 depending on your requirements.
