A leading, highly successful, multi-office Estate and Letting Agents currently requires an experienced Sales Progressor to join its team. It is seeking a passionate experienced professional, who is excellent at building relationships externally and internally and possesses outstanding problem-solving skills.
Your main aim is to ensure the customer’s sale/purchase is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Sales Progressor Duties- Ensure solicitors, sellers, and purchasers are aware of all changes and updates.
- Check authority to exchange/contracts/leases/transfers, getting documents signed, scanned, and returned to solicitors.
- Liaise with Customer Relations regarding extension requests and deposits.
- Ensure money laundering documents are obtained and meet all anti-money laundering criteria.
- Ensure all staged payments are received on or before the correct date.
- Carry out checks once advanced payments are received.
- Sales progression within the property sector.
- Legal conveyancing knowledge.
- Customer focused, effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Competent in all Microsoft packages i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all situations.
- Able to work on own initiative and be comfortable dealing with all stakeholders, and be well organised and show effective diary management.
