GMP Compliance Senior Specialist Temporary Contract Location: Folkestone Working arrangement: Office-based so the successful candidate must be within Kent or willing to relocate at short notice. We are currently recruiting for an experienced GMP Compliance Senior Specialist to support a major transformation programme at a manufacturing site in Folkestone. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in strengthening quality culture, modernising GMP systems and supporting long-term regulatory compliance and future business growth. The position is offered on a temporary ongoing basis. With the possibility of the role becoming permanent during 2027, although this is not guaranteed at this stage. The Role As a key technical expert and change agent, you will work closely with colleagues across Quality, Operations, Engineering and Supply Chain to deliver a site-wide GMP improvement roadmap. Your responsibilities will include: * Driving site-wide GMP improvement programmes and transformation activities. * Leading the remediation of identified GMP gaps. * Developing and strengthening GMP quality systems, procedures and governance frameworks. * Providing expert guidance on contamination control, environmental monitoring, validation programmes, facility hygiene and cleaning standards. * Supporting inspection-readiness and regulatory compliance activities. * Working with operational teams to...
