Would you like to be part of the exciting property development scene that is happening in the Folkestone Harbour area? We are looking for a positive, dynamic, friendly and super professional Marketing Executive who wants to be part of an incredible growth journey!
Our client is currently in the first phase of development with a large number of luxury / high end properties ready for sale, with outline planning consent for an additional 1,000 homes obtained. The role reports to the Sales & Marketing Director and the Sales & Marketing Suite is located within the heart of this breathtaking development.
The Marketing Executive is the main point of contact for marketing and communications for the business and will be responsible for all digital marketing activity and managing external relationships. We are looking for a true ambassador for the company who is also happy to assist in coordinating monthly events.
Package:
- Salary: Β£40K basic salary
- Place of work: Folkestone, Kent
- Working hours: 9am β 17.00hrs, Monday β Friday
- Position: Full time 5 days a week (on site is preferred, with an element of hybrid working available)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Any property marketing experience would be considered helpful but non-essential
- General marketing skills with digital multi-channel marketing experience
- Good level of education
- Understanding of digital channels and social media
- Experience of running and managing marketing events

Job Role:
As Marketing Exec, you would:
- Work collaboratively with the team to identify relevant and timely marketing campaigns to support the sale of these prestigious properties.
- Recommend new and creative ideas to maximise the opportunity within various digital channels.
- Integrate digital into all campaigns, working to identify opportunities where digital can replace other tactics.
- Have an understanding of the opportunity afforded by social and digital channels, including web presence, SEO optimised quality content and client journeys.
- Maintain and update existing property portals and website.
- Work with the existing team to deliver events and project manage sales and marketing events.
- Accountability for brand and positioning communications including visual identity, adherence and consistency, key messaging, creative expression, tone of voice, imagery and other expressions that develop the brand story.
- Work with video and photography team to develop content for the development.
- Perform written and edit copy for a range of communication channels.
- Monitor budget performance in accordance with budget parameters.
- Work with the team to develop targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Work closely with external stakeholders (PR Agency, Graphic Designer and Media Buyers) to ensure the development is marketed properly.
- Manage listings on property portals.
