Up to £16 per hour | Live-in Available | Seasonal Contract Until Mid-September

We're looking for 2 enthusiastic and reliable Cook's to join our busy catering site in Eastry for the remainder of the season. This is a 4-day-a-week role with a contract running until mid-September, offering the chance to work in a unique outdoor setting with a great team. Live-in accommodation is available, and there are additional on-site work opportunities for anyone looking to increase their hours to full-time.

Working Hours

  • Thursday: Evening shift
  • Friday: 7:00am – 10:00am & 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Saturday: 7:00am – 10:00am & 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Sunday: 7:00am – 10:00am & 4:00pm – 9:00pm
  • Monday: 7:00am – 11:00am

What You'll Be Cooking

Breakfast Service

  • Pancakes
  • Bacon baps
  • Breakfast favourites

Evening Service

  • Wood-fired pizzas
  • Rotisserie chicken
  • Fresh Greek salads
  • Other seasonal dishes

The Role

  • Preparing fresh ingredients, including Greek salads and pizza toppings
  • Cooking and serving high-quality food
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
  • Working efficiently during busy service periods, with 200–400 covers over a 4-hour evening pizza service.

  • Has previous kitchen or cook experience
