We are partnering with an exciting global beauty brand to recruit a Temp Senior Brand Manager to lead a major European product launch. This is a high-impact, hands-on role at the heart of a fast-paced, multi-market rollout across the UK, France, and Germany.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional strategy-heavy role. We’re looking for someone who thrives on execution—someone who can drive progress, solve problems quickly, and ensure every detail is in place for a successful premium launch.
You’ll act as the central point of coordination across marketing, packaging, regulatory, supply chain, and retail partners—keeping everything aligned, on track, and delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end launch readiness across UK, France, and Germany
- Lead execution of packaging, artwork, and regulatory approvals
- Coordinate retailer requirements (including Sephora, Douglas, Space NK)
- Drive marketing activation, including PR, influencer seeding, and retail moments
- Act as the bridge between global and local teams, translating direction into action
- Identify and resolve launch risks quickly and effectively
- Manage agencies with a clear focus on delivery over theory
What Success Looks Like
- All markets are fully launch-ready (artwork, packaging, retail, and activation aligned)
- Risks are identified early and resolved quickly
- Global brand direction is executed seamlessly in Europe
- Local teams are supported and empowered
About You
- Experienced Senior Brand Manager with a background in prestige beauty or fragrance
- Strong experience with packaging, artwork, and regulatory execution
- Highly organised, decisive, and delivery-focused
- Comfortable working at pace and making decisions with imperfect information
- Nice to have: Experience with Sephora and/or Douglas
- Previous interim/contract roles
- French or German language skills
Working Pattern
- Monday–Thursday: 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 9:00am – 4:30pm
