We are currently looking for a reliable and capable Temporary Administrator to support our small, busy team.
Hours
- Approximately 3 hours per day, 3 days per week.
- Days: Either Tuesday/Thursday/Friday or Wednesday/Thursday/Friday (flexible).
- Hours: Between 11am–3pm (flexible within this window, but not earlier than 11am).
The Role
- Accurate touch typing
- Filing and document organisation
- Handling incoming telephone calls with a professional and friendly manner
About You
- Confident touch typist
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable handling telephone enquiries
- Reliable and punctual
- Willing to learn and take initiative
- A background in finance would be highly advantageous. This could include experience working in a bank, building society, mortgage brokerage, or similar financial services environment.
