You’ll receive full training from day one, ongoing support and plenty of opportunity to develop your skills as you grow with the business.
And with a 7:30am start and early finish, you’ll have more of your day back.
The Opportunity
As a Production Associate, you’ll play an important hands-on role in the manufacturing process, helping to ensure products are made safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
You’ll work as part of a friendly production team and get involved in a variety of tasks, from preparing materials and operating machinery to packing finished products.
It’s a role that rewards reliability, attention to detail and a willingness to learn — with genuine opportunities to take on new skills and progress within the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Accurately weighing and preparing materials for production
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Hand-packing and labelling finished products
- Working to quality, production and safety standards
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and organised
- Following all health & safety, quality and production procedures
- Working closely with the wider production team to keep operations running smoothly

You’ll be someone who:
- Takes pride in doing a job well and has a strong eye for detail
- Is reliable, hardworking and keen to learn
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Can follow instructions and processes carefully
- Is comfortable working in a hands-on production environment
- Can commit to a 7:30am start
- Has your own transport due to the rural location
- Has the legal right to work in the UK
