Are you a Business Analyst who is just as comfortable talking systems, data and technology as you are speaking with stakeholders?
We’re recruiting for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to join a professional, established organisation in Bromley.
This is a great opportunity for someone who sits between business analysis, data analysis and IT: someone who can understand a business problem, dig into the systems and data behind it, and help deliver practical technology solutions.
You’ll work closely with the Head of IT, internal teams and external suppliers, taking projects from requirements through to testing, implementation and improvement .
You’ll be involved in:
Gathering and translating business and technical requirements
Analysing processes and identifying opportunities to simplify or automate them
Using data and systems insight to support decision-making
Working across applications, databases, APIs and integrations
Coordinating system enhancements, testing and UAT
Managing change requests and supporting project delivery
Working with suppliers and technical teams to resolve issues
Supporting information security, governance and ISO 27001 activity
Helping shape the wider IT and digital roadmap
We’re looking for someone with:
Strong Business Analysis experience
Good data analysis skills
Experience working on software, systems or application projects
A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle
Confidence reading and interpreting code and technical documentation
Knowledge of databases, APIs and integrations
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
A practical, curious and solutions-focused approach
Experience with SQL, Power BI, Git/GitHub, automation or AI-assisted development tools would be a real advantage.
You don’t need to be a software developer — but you do need to be technically confident and genuinely interested in how systems work .
What’s on offer:
£50,000–£60,000 depending on experience
