We're recruiting for an established and successful travel business looking for a bright, personable Travel Executive to join their young, friendly and energetic team!
This is a fabulous opportunity to break into the Travel industry, build your knowledge from the ground up and start a career in a sector that’s exciting, fast-paced and full of variety.
You’ll work 5 days per week, with one day in the week off, and one day in the weekend on.
What you’ll be doing and learning:
- Helping customers with holiday enquiries and bookings
- Turning enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Making amendments and supporting customers throughout their journey
- Offering upgrades, extras and added-value options
- Taking payments and keeping booking information accurate
- Helping with airline extras, documentation and online check-in
- Resolving queries quickly and professionally
- Building your destination and product knowledge through training

The working week:
You’ll work 5 days per week, with one day in the week off, and one day in the weekend on.
Typical shifts are 9:00am-5:30pm, with occasional 10:00am-6:30pm shifts.
That weekday off can be a real perk – ideal for appointments, errands or simply enjoying a quieter day while everyone else is at work.

Travel experience is a bonus, not a requirement. What matters is your customer service ability, your attitude and your enthusiasm to learn!
