The Role:
- Supporting new product development and recipe formulation
- Conducting product testing, trials, and technical analysis
- Managing supplier specifications and technical documentation
- Ensuring packaging and labelling comply with current legislation
- Supporting product launches and managing critical path timelines
- Investigating and resolving production and customer-related issues
- Promoting food safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Identifying alternative ingredients and cost-saving opportunities
- Building effective relationships with suppliers and internal teams
- Assisting with technical projects across the business
About You:
- Passionate about food and innovation

Previous experience within food manufacturing, food technology, new product development (NPD), quality, or a related food science environment is preferable.
