Are you experienced in international logistics, supply chain, operations or sales support and seek a new challenge? Will you thrive in a role planning and managing orders from start to completion, including order processing, route planning, supplier liaison, import/export administration and customer experience? Day-to-day, you will join a team environment, and play a key role in the planning, organisation and management of international order operations, including:

  • Handling enquiries from existing clients and suppliers by phone and email
  • Liaising with suppliers to organise costings and lead times
  • Calculating bespoke quotations for clients, and processing orders to completion
  • Planning routes and liaising with freight-forwarders, hauliers and other suppliers
  • Preparing and issuing customs documentation
  • Allocating stock and agreeing deadlines with internal teams
  • Tracking orders and updating customers, resolving issues proactively
  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities for business improvement such as new suppliers, software and process improvement

Mon – Fri 8:30-5:00

Starting Salary: £30,000-£32,500

Office-based working environment, with parking and transport links
