A highly regarded firm of Chartered Accountants in East Grinstead is looking to appoint a key addition to its senior team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative environment where you'll manage your own portfolio of clients while continuing to develop professionally.

The Role
As part of an experienced and friendly team, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing accounting, taxation, and business advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients
- Supporting clients with tax planning, cash flow forecasting, and financial modelling
- Preparing and reviewing year-end accounts in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS requirements
- Assisting with audit assignments where required
- Preparing and reviewing VAT returns, corporation tax computations, and personal tax returns
- Reviewing work completed by junior team members, providing guidance, training, and mentorship
- Managing correspondence and queries with HMRC regarding compliance matters and tax regulations
About You
The ideal candidate will:
- Be ACA or ACCA qualified, or nearing completion of their qualification
- Have a minimum of 2 years' post-qualified experience, although applications from newly or nearly qualified candidates are welcomed
- Have recent UK Practice experience (essential)
- Be confident managing client relationships and delivering a high standard of professional service
- Possess strong organisational and communication skills

- Salary up to £65,000 plus bonus and comprehensive benefits package (depending on experience)

- Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm with a one-hour lunch break
