Overview
Salary: £24-26k (subsidised commission during training and development)
OTE: £45-55k with Uncapped Commission
Field based position - all applicants MUST have a valid UK Drivers Licence.
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Junior Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will support the company’s growth by engaging with only warm leads, nurturing existing relationships, and driving sales opportunities across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and a passion for developing their sales expertise. This is the perfect role for someone who's come from a consultative background, is done with cold calling, and wants to utilise warm leads to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining professional relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Manage time efficiently to prioritize high-potential opportunities and meet sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Proven ability in on-site negotiation or B2B sales within a technical environment is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel as required for client meetings.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Basic IT proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Strong organizational skills with effective time management capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team goals.
