Day-to-day, you will lead the delivery of projects, both new build and refurb, through all stages. Duties might range:
- Producing and submitting concept designs using AutoCAD and Revit
- Preparing planning applications, and driving through to completion
- Technical design and detailed drawings
- Occasional site visits to support architectural processes
- Reviewing and signing off design and technical files, ensuring adherence to building regulations
- Organising all related documentation for projects
- Managing a small team - workload allocation, goal-setting, training and development
- Liaising with external partners through construction phases
Great opportunity for someone who enjoys technical drawing, design, creativity and having the opportunity to input to strategy and oversee project outcomes.
