Expanding their team, this is a role focused on the technical delivery and construction phases of commercial, residential and specialist projects.
Duties may include:
- Producing detailed drawings for projects using Revit
- Technical design
- Preparing design and technical documents, ensuring compliance to UK building regulations
- Reviewing and signing off design and technical files, ensuring adherence
- Material and specification selection, tender documentation, and project support
- Occasional site visits
- Organising all related documentation for projects
- Liaising with internal and external partners through construction phases
