This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and hands-on individual to join a well-established business in a varied warehouse and logistics role. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate deliveries, assist with stock control and help ensure the team runs efficiently. This position would suit someone who enjoys being hands-on but is keen to develop their leadership and organisational skills.

Duties Will Include

• Supporting the coordination of daily warehouse operations and deliveries.
• Ensuring goods are prepared, checked and loaded accurately.
• Assisting with deliveries to customers across the South East and surrounding areas.
• Helping organise workloads and coordinate colleagues to ensure daily tasks are completed efficiently.
• Supporting stock control, goods-in, order picking and general warehouse administration.
• Assisting customers with enquiries and providing a professional service.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and updating internal systems.
• Taking responsibility for warehouse operations when senior management is unavailable.
• Maintaining high standards of organisation, health and safety, and general housekeeping.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to improve processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Skillset required

• A full UK driving licence, with a maximum of three points acceptable.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience, forklift experience is preferred but not essential.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• An interest in developing leadership skills and progressing into a more senior operational role.
• Recent graduates with relevant practical experience, as well as experienced operatives looking to progress, are encouraged to apply.

Hours: 7:30am – 5:00pm Monday - Friday
