This exciting opportunity is ideal for a candidate with 2+ years PQE in residential property, with a strong track record of running their own caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full and varied caseload unsupervised, working autonomously
- Increase fee income from property work
- Build and maintain relationships with estate agents to promote our services
- Develop and sustain relationships with clients and other providers
- Ensure compliance with the Law Society's Conveyancing Protocol and CQS framework
