We are looking for a reliable and organised Letting Agent to join our clients team based in Stirling. This role would suit someone who is confident dealing with tenants, landlords and contractors, with good communication skills and a professional manner.
Duties will include:
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Liasing with tenants, landlords and tradespeople
- Handling enquiries by phone and email
- Assisting with tenancy paperwork and general admin
- Carrying out property checks and inspections
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the lettings office
The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- A confident and friendly manner
- Basic computer/admin skills
- Previous lettings or property experience preferred, but not essential
- Driving licence preferred
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm
Pay: £13 per hour
