Green & Company is looking for a confident, motivated and customer focused Lettings Negotiator to join our team in Sutton Coldfield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and sales skills who enjoys working with people and delivering a high standard of customer service.
You will play an important role in helping landlords let their properties and supporting applicants throughout the rental process.
Key responsibilities
- Registering and qualifying prospective tenants
- Arranging and carrying out property viewings
- Following up with applicants and negotiating offers
- Liaising with landlords, tenants and colleagues
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Keeping property and applicant records up to date
- Supporting the progression of tenancies from offer to move-in
- Working towards individual and team targets
- Developing strong relationships with new and existing clients
About you
The successful candidate will be

- An excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills
- Organised and able to manage a busy workload
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is required for this role.
