Working Hours: 45hrs Monday – Friday

Britannia Onsite Concrete is a part of the Gill Group of Companies based in Bilston. They are currently recruiting for a sales manager to join their sales team and help us to achieve their goals. You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders and deliveries and provide support for their Sales Team.
Our ideal candidate is goal-oriented and has a deep knowledge of selling concrete and customer service best practices. If you have exceptional organisational skills and draw energy from being part of a team, we would like to meet you.
Responsibilities
- To Price, cross promote and quote work in accordance with the territory plan and commercial strategy.
- Identify, manage and track all opportunities within a geographic margin centre in line with the territory plan. Build relationships with prospective customers and influencers and update all information accurately in the CRM database.
- React quickly to key opportunities and challenges, always acting in the best interests of the company and the division.
- Filter and organise leads, chase information and keep project registers up to date.
- Research market knowledge, including prices, competitor activity and customer behaviours, ensuring action in line with commercial policy.
- Ensure smooth liaison with customers, suppliers and other areas of the company.
- Input quotes and market information into relevant logs.
- Register receipt of tenders and ensure they are priced on time.
- Coordinate customers queries to provide excellent levels of customer service.
- Ensure all orders are priced prior to invoice run and resolve invoice queries.
- Produce clear management information.
- Develop & enhance team relationships
- Attend Customer networking events and site visits.
Experience
- Experience in sales of Concrete, Construction or related building products is essential
- Strong background in Concrete product knowledge or construction-related sales
- Good financial and technical baseline
- Excellent IT and communication skills
