The predicted salary is between 46350 - 56650 £ per year.
Salary: Between £48,000.00 & £55,000.00 per annum (DOE), paid monthly on the 28th.
Vehicle: Company vehicle provided with a fuel card.
Employment Type: Permanent contract with Consilium Contracting Services.
Probationary Period: 3 months.
Notice Period: 1 month.
Holidays: 28 days per annum, inclusive of bank holidays.
Pension: Standard Government Stakeholder Pension.
Reporting to: Stephen Brown, Head of Operations (and Craig Reid, Director).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work on Social Housing R&M/Voids frameworks and deliver ad-hoc projects while maintaining customer relationships, especially in the Borders.
- Ensure all frameworks and ad-hoc projects adhere to required standards of health and safety, quality, and commercial performance.
- Effectively manage customer relationships and maintain required KPIs on all frameworks.
- Manage the financial budget for each framework/ad-hoc project.
- Build on existing relationships and identify opportunities for additional work streams and projects.
- Manage the workforce, solve problems, and maintain a productive and positive team environment on site.
Job Location: Regional office in Rosyth, Fife. Responsible for operations within the Borders, from Selkirk area and beyond. Daily visits to the Consilium team and customers are required. Service clients throughout East of Scotland and travel as necessary to fulfil the role. A valid driving license and DVLA check are required.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30 (OTE).
