eShores is looking for an ambitious, energetic salesperson, with a passion for travel, to join our experienced sales team. We are a vibrant and busy travel sales team based in Castleton, near Manchester. We sell exciting and luxurious long-haul tailormade holidays, to destinations such as the Indian Ocean, Far East and the USA, as well as European holidays.

We work on a one-to-one basis with our clients, so the role will involve working with your own clients to understand their requirements and finding them the most suitable holiday for their needs. Using your personality and sales techniques you will build a relationship with your client and assist them throughout their booking and holiday experience, in hope to retain that client for their future holidays. You will be required to liaise with customers via email and phone to ensure the highest quality of customer service is delivered.

Candidates

Candidates must have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. You must be a confident salesperson with at least 12 months relevant experience selling over the telephone and working to targets, within the travel industry.

Hours

This position will be based on a 37.5 hour working week, with flexible hours spread over 5 days. 1 Saturday in every 3 is required. No Sundays.
