They manage social housing stock and also provide services to private domestic homes. Handling over 2,500 jobs monthly, the company specializes in reactive repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment, ranging from small repairs to large-scale void works.
Due to continued success and growth, they are seeking a skilled Reactive Maintenance Painter & Decorator to join their team. The ideal candidate will work both independently and collaboratively with a larger team of tradespeople and will have experience in Housing Associations or Local Authorities.
Key Responsibilities- General Painting and Decorating: Perform part or full decorations in void properties, kitchens, bathrooms, hallways, and corridors within tenanted and care/respite homes.
- Repairs and Maintenance: Carry out painting and touch-up work, including bannisters, skirtings, windows, coving, and other general maintenance.
- Decorating Projects: Manage tasks like wallpaper removal, wallpapering, and similar decorative works.
- Upgrades and Refurbishments: Contribute to kitchen/bathroom upgrades and painting projects as part of larger works.
Note: There will be occasional requirements for overtime or out-of-hours work to meet deadlines.
