We are looking for passionate individuals in the Norwich (NR2) area to deliver our unique Intellectual Fitness Programs to adults in full-time care.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Engaging Classes: Deliver 60-minute fitness sessions designed specifically for adults in care settings.
- Create Inclusive Experiences: Use your energy and creativity to ensure every participant feels supported and inspired.
- Mobile Delivery: Travel to various locations within a 15-mile radius of NR2 to bring fitness directly to the community.
Requirements:
- Compassion & Communication: A warm, patient approach to support vulnerable clients.
- Organisation: Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Qualifications: You must hold a Level 2 Gym Instructor, Group Exercise to Music, or equivalent qualification.
- Essentials: A valid driving licence, your own transport, and an iPad or Android tablet.
- Credibility: Public Liability Insurance and an Enhanced DBS certificate (we can help arrange the DBS if needed).
